Terms of Service — Nuyou Taiwan 女友台灣

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nuyou Taiwan (the "Service"), operated by Speaky Parrot LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Nuyou Taiwan is a marketplace that connects members with independent companions ("Nuyous") for strictly platonic companionship — such as shared meals, walks, movies, language practice and coffee dates.

The Service is not a dating agency, matchmaking service or escort service. No romantic or sexual services are offered, implied or permitted anywhere on the platform. Any attempt to solicit, offer or arrange such services results in immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, whether as a member or a companion, and you must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or applying.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Bookings and payment

Booking requests are subject to confirmation by us and by the companion. The hourly rate is shown on every profile, and the total for your booking is shown before you submit it.

During our current testing phase, payment is made in cash only, directly to the companion, at the end of the date. We do not process online payments, do not accept cards, and never hold your money. Nothing is charged when you submit a booking request — please bring the correct amount in cash.

If your plans change, please cancel at least 24 hours before the date. Because no money changes hands until you meet, a cancelled booking involves no refund; however, repeated late cancellations or failing to show up may result in your account being suspended.

6. Code of conduct

Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, pressure or discrimination of any kind is prohibited.
First meetings always take place in public venues.
Boundaries agreed before a date are final. Either party may end a date at any time if uncomfortable.
Do not request contact details or arrange meetings outside the platform. Once a booking is confirmed you can message the other party through the platform — please keep all coordination there.
Messages sent through the platform are stored and may be reviewed by our staff if a safety report or dispute is raised.
Do not record photos, audio or video of another person without their explicit consent.

7. Companions

Companions are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Speaky Parrot LLC. The hourly rate is currently set by the platform and is the same for every companion; companions choose their own availability, pass identity verification, and agree to the same code of conduct.

During our testing phase we take no commission — companions keep 100% of the cash paid by the member.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to solicit romantic or sexual services, to harass or stalk any person, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speaky Parrot LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of Taiwan remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

1. 條款之接受

當您存取或使用由 Speaky Parrot LLC（下稱「本公司」）營運之「女友台灣」（下稱「本服務」）時，即表示您同意受本條款約束。若您不同意，請勿使用本服務。

2. 服務內容

女友台灣為一媒合平台，連結會員與獨立合作之女伴（下稱「女友」），提供純友誼性質的陪伴服務——例如一起用餐、散步、看電影、語言交換與咖啡約會。

本服務並非交友、婚戀媒合或伴遊仲介服務。平台上不提供、不暗示、也不允許任何戀愛或性相關服務。任何招攬、提供或安排此類服務之行為，將導致帳號立即永久停用，必要時並依法通報主管機關。

3. 使用資格

無論作為會員或女伴，您都必須年滿 18 歲，並於註冊或申請時提供正確且最新的資料。

4. 帳號

您有責任妥善保管登入憑證，並對帳號下的所有活動負責。如發現任何未經授權之使用，請立即通知我們。

5. 預約與付款

預約申請須經本公司與女伴確認。每位女伴的時薪皆公開顯示於個人檔案，預約總金額亦會於送出前完整顯示。

於目前的測試期間，一律僅接受現金付款，並於約會結束時直接支付予女伴。我們不處理線上付款、不接受信用卡，也絕不代為保管您的款項。送出預約申請時不會收取任何費用——請記得準備足額現金。

如行程有變，請至少於約會前 24 小時取消。由於見面前不會有任何金流，取消預約並不涉及退款；惟多次臨時取消或未到場，可能導致帳號遭停用。

6. 行為準則

尊重每一個人。禁止任何形式的騷擾、施壓或歧視。
初次見面一律於公共場所進行。
約會前議定之界線為最終界線。任何一方感到不適時，皆可隨時結束約會。
請勿索取聯絡方式或於平台外私下相約。預約確認後，您可透過平台的聊天功能與對方聯繫，請將所有溝通保留在平台內。
透過平台傳送的訊息將被保存；如遇安全檢舉或爭議，本公司人員得予以查閱。
未經對方明確同意，請勿拍照、錄音或錄影。

7. 女伴

女伴為獨立合作對象，並非 Speaky Parrot LLC 之員工或代理人。時薪目前由平台統一設定，所有女伴一致；女伴可自行決定可配合時段，須通過身分驗證，並同意遵守相同的行為準則。

於測試期間，本平台不收取任何服務費——女伴可保留會員支付的 100% 現金。

8. 禁止行為

您不得將本服務用於任何違法目的、招攬戀愛或性相關服務、騷擾或跟蹤他人、侵害他人權利，或干擾平台之運作。

9. 免責聲明與責任限制

本服務依「現況」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司對因使用本服務所生之間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負賠償責任。本公司就任何請求之總責任，以您就該筆預約所支付之金額為上限。

10. 終止

對於違反本條款之帳號，本公司得逕行暫停或終止，無論是否事先通知。您亦可隨時關閉自己的帳號。

11. 準據法

本條款以美國佛羅里達州法律為準據法，不適用其法律衝突規範。您依台灣法律享有之強制性消費者保護權益，不受本條款影響。

12. 條款修改

本公司得不定期更新本條款。重大變更將於本頁公告並更新日期。變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受新條款。
