1. Overview

This policy explains what personal data Nuyou Taiwan, operated by Speaky Parrot LLC, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We apply the same standard of care to members and to companions.

2. Information we collect

Account data — name, email address and password when you sign up.
Application data — for companion applicants: name, contact details, city, age, languages, availability and self-introduction.
Booking data — dates, activities, duration and optional notes attached to a booking.
Messages — the content of messages you exchange with the other party through a booking's chat, together with who sent them and when. These are stored on our server and can be read by our staff if we need to investigate a safety report or resolve a dispute.
Usage data — your language preference, plus a server-side visit log recording the page you viewed, your IP address, the referring website, your browser's user-agent string and the time. This is used solely to measure how much traffic the site receives.

We set no tracking cookies and use no third-party analytics or advertising services. The only cookie we use is the one that keeps you logged in.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to operate the marketplace: creating accounts, reviewing companion applications, arranging and confirming bookings, providing support, and keeping the community safe. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Where your data is stored

Account, application and booking data is stored in our own PostgreSQL database on servers we control, and profile photos are stored as files on that same server. Passwords are never stored in readable form — only as a salted bcrypt hash.

Visit logs, which include IP addresses, are kept for a limited retention period (90 days by default) and then deleted automatically.

5. Sharing

We never sell personal data. Once live, data will be shared only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. payment processing, identity verification), with a companion or member to the extent needed to fulfil a booking, or when required by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law — including Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法) — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

9. Age requirement

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; such accounts are removed when identified.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.

我們不使用任何追蹤 Cookie，也不使用第三方分析或廣告服務。我們唯一使用的 Cookie 是用於維持您的登入狀態。

3. 資料之利用

我們利用個人資料以營運平台：建立帳號、審核女伴申請、安排與確認預約、提供客服支援，以及維護社群安全。我們不會將您的資料用於第三方廣告。

4. 資料儲存位置

帳號、申請與預約資料儲存於我們自行管理的 PostgreSQL 資料庫，個人照片則以檔案形式存放於同一部伺服器。密碼絕不以明文形式儲存，僅保存加鹽的 bcrypt 雜湊值。

包含 IP 位址的瀏覽紀錄僅保存一段有限期間（預設為 90 天），期滿後將自動刪除。

5. 資料分享

我們絕不出售個人資料。正式營運後，資料僅在下列情形分享：協助我們營運之服務供應商（如金流、身分驗證）、為完成預約而需知悉之女伴或會員，以及法律要求之情形。

6. 您的權利

依據適用法律——包括台灣《個人資料保護法》——您得請求查閱、更正或刪除您的個人資料，並得撤回處理之同意。如欲行使上述權利，請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。

7. 資料保存

我們僅於達成上述目的所需期間內，或法律要求之期間內保存個人資料，期滿即刪除或匿名化。

8. 資料安全

我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護個人資料。雖然沒有任何儲存或傳輸方式能保證 100% 安全，我們仍會盡力妥善保護您的資訊。

9. 年齡限制

本服務僅供年滿 18 歲之成年人使用。我們不會於知情下蒐集未滿 18 歲者之資料；一經發現，相關帳號將被移除。

我們得不定期更新本政策。重大變更將於本頁公告並更新日期。
